I arrived for my first ever visit to the service department to have a recall taken care of. I was told that they could also do my first service while I was there. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the waiting area in service was comfortable and they offered a selection of drinks and snacks. All in all, the visit exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I went into dealership knowing what car and features we wanted. We were also test driving a Mercedes but decided on the Acura. The dealership met our price but included some items in the package that my husband didn't want. He stated what he didn't want over and over. The manager claimed that if they removed the dealer specific warranty the price would be the same or go up. Not sure how that logic worked. Allen (salesman) was nice to work with and pretty familiar with the car features, but as always in car dealerships ...
Everyone at the dealer is very nice, but It should not take over 2:15 to do a planned, basic oil change/tire rotation/inspection.
My experience purchasing a car was excellent. I worked with Steve through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped me out as much as he could. Steve was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

We have always loved the service at Southern Motors Acura but our recent experience buying our first electric vehicle was absolutely incredible. Rico and the whole sales team were so helpful and patient with us while we made the decision to go electric and the process was so easy. We are SO glad we bought our ZDX!! The car drives smoothly, the acceleration is unbelievable, it is as luxurious as our old MDX and we will never return to gas! By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle and Rico was a huge part of that experience. I brought my friend with me (who has purchased a good bit more vehicles than me) and she agreed it was the fastest, most seamless car buying experience she has had as well. Kiyonne set us up with financing and was efficient and quick too! Both Rico and Kiyonne laid out all our options and got us in and out with exactly what we wanted. Although it was a quick process, we never felt rushed! 10/10 on all fronts.
My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon just to learn more about the Acura brand and left 3 hours later with a brand new MDX. Joe & Rico were amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and kids were entertained while handling business. Definitely not pushy when it came down to negotiations and made sure things ran smoothly before driving out.

The only reason that this is not a 5-star review is that I paid for a vehicle with a clean CarFax accident record. Hx: Southern Motors My transaction was an internet transaction (Sale 17Aug2024/ Delivery 19Aug2024). The car was driven by a third party, not transported by truck from Savannah, Ga to Charleston SC and the car was delivered with a cracked front bumper cover. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating and outlets. Free snacks and drinks are also a plus. My favorite part is receiving a washed and vacuumed vehicle. The staff are always friendly. Standards are clearly a priority here.
