I worked with Alivia and purchased a Pathfinder. Alivia was great and went out of her way to get me a great deal on the car I wanted. After checking multiple dealerships including Nissan I came back here to purchase because her and the team seemed to be honest and wanted to help me find what I wanted not just where they could make money.

Alivia was amazing from start to finish! She kept in constant communication and was always honest, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her and Ryan were both fantastic to work with and truly sealed the deal for me! I couldn’t be happier with my RDX! ❤️

I had a great experience at Southern Acura Motors! Norman made the service process so easy and was incredibly helpful throughout my oil change and tire rotation. Marcus even came to pick up my car from work, which made the whole experience so convenient. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I had a fantastic experience buying my new Acura ADX here! Being a new sales consultant, Dariana was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions about the new ADX technology were answered and never pressured me. The whole management team at Southern Motors Acura was supportive as well. Highly recommend asking for her if you want a smooth, stress-free car buying experience!

Unfortunately, I didn't buy the car I was interested in due to different fee structures with another dealership in a different state. But I just wanted to give a shout out to the sales people/manager that worked with me on the quote - super professional, thorough, explained clearly, and truly went for the best deal possible (and it was the second lowest out of all of the ones that I received up and down the east coast).

Exceptional service, and surprisingly the best price. I shopped around for a transmission fluid change on my recently purchased used Acura TLX and Southern Motors treated me like I had bought the car from them. They fit me in the same day, and were done ahead of schedule, even though I added an oil change. The bill was under-estimate and the cappuccino machine in the Lounge was a nice way to pass the time. Definitely going back for all of my services from now on.

If the salesperson Alivia and Finance Manager is around. Just know the two best i've ever encountered when it comes to dealerships and customer service! Very welcoming, very communicative! I love it! My mother loves her new car! Yall are awesome

Usually buying a car is a difficult experience. Southern motors and Alivia made the experience enjoyable and we were able to purchase the exact MDX that we wanted. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new Acura.

The customer service representative was very courteous like always the service department gets you in an out in a timely manner and the price was affordable.
